Virtually all monetary donations go directly toward funding the programs and client services of the Mission. In addition to monetary donations, generous businesses and church and community members also provide donations of food and clothing. Overhead costs such as utilities, building maintenance, and Directors’ salaries are provided by the First United Methodist Church of Fort Worth.

The Mission is staffed by an all-volunteer workforce. The volunteers are a diverse mix of individuals who view their work at the Mission as part of their calling to be God’s people in the world.
